12 Après la déportation à Babylone, Jéconias engendra Salathiel; Salathiel engendra Zorobabel; 13 Zorobabel engendra Abiud; Abiud engendra Eliakim; Eliakim engendra Azor; 14 Azor engendra Sadok; Sadok engendra Achim; Achim engendra Eliud; 15 Eliud engendra Eléazar; Eléazar engendra Matthan; Matthan engendra Jacob; 16 Jacob engendra Joseph, l’époux de Marie, de laquelle est né Jésus, qui est appelé Christ[a].
17 Il y a donc en tout quatorze générations depuis Abraham jusqu’à David, quatorze générations depuis David jusqu’à la déportation à Babylone, et quatorze générations depuis la déportation à Babylone jusqu’au Christ.
Naissance de Jésus-Christ
18 Voici de quelle manière arriva la naissance de Jésus-Christ. Marie, sa mère, ayant été fiancée à Joseph, se trouva enceinte, par la vertu du Saint-Esprit, avant qu’ils aient habité ensemble. 19 Joseph, son époux, qui était un homme de bien et qui ne voulait pas la diffamer, se proposa de rompre secrètement avec elle. 20 Comme il y pensait, voici, un ange du Seigneur lui apparut en songe, et dit: Joseph, fils de David, ne crains pas de prendre avec toi Marie, ta femme, car l’enfant qu’elle a conçu vient du Saint-Esprit; 21 elle enfantera un fils, et tu lui donneras le nom de Jésus[b]; c’est lui qui sauvera son peuple de ses péchés.
22 Tout cela arriva afin que s’accomplisse ce que le Seigneur avait annoncé par le prophète:
23 Voici, la vierge sera enceinte, elle enfantera un fils,
Et on lui donnera le nom d’Emmanuel[c],
ce qui signifie Dieu avec nous.
24 Joseph s’étant réveillé fit ce que l’ange du Seigneur lui avait ordonné, et il prit sa femme avec lui. 25 Mais il ne la connut point jusqu’à ce qu’elle ait enfanté un fils, auquel il donna le nom de Jésus.

2 亚伯拉罕生以撒，以撒生雅各，雅各生犹大和他的兄弟， 3 他玛给犹大生了法勒斯和谢拉，法勒斯生希斯仑，希斯仑生亚兰， 4 亚兰生亚米拿达，亚米拿达生拿顺，拿顺生撒门， 5 喇合给撒门生了波阿斯，路得给波阿斯生了俄备得，俄备得生耶西， 6 耶西生大卫王。
乌利亚的妻子给大卫生了所罗门， 7 所罗门生罗波安，罗波安生亚比雅，亚比雅生亚撒， 8 亚撒生约沙法，约沙法生约兰，约兰生乌西雅， 9 乌西雅生约坦，约坦生亚哈斯，亚哈斯生希西家， 10 希西家生玛拿西，玛拿西生亚们，亚们生约西亚， 11 犹太人被掳到巴比伦的时候，约西亚生耶哥尼雅和他的兄弟。
12 被掳到巴比伦以后，耶哥尼雅生撒拉铁，撒拉铁生所罗巴伯， 13 所罗巴伯生亚比玉，亚比玉生以利亚敬，以利亚敬生亚所， 14 亚所生撒督，撒督生亚金，亚金生以律， 15 以律生以利亚撒，以利亚撒生马但，马但生雅各， 16 雅各生约瑟，就是马利亚的丈夫；那称为基督的耶稣，是马利亚所生的。
17 这样，从亚伯拉罕到大卫，一共是十四代；从大卫到被掳到巴比伦的时候，也是十四代；从被掳到巴比伦的时候到基督，又是十四代。
耶稣基督的降生(B)
18 耶稣基督的降生是这样的：耶稣的母亲马利亚许配了约瑟，他们还没有成亲，马利亚就从圣灵怀了孕。 19 她丈夫约瑟是个义人，不愿张扬使她受辱，就打算暗中与她解除婚约。 20 他一直想着这些事，主的使者就在梦中向他显现，说：“大卫的子孙约瑟，只管放胆把你的妻子马利亚迎娶过来，因为她怀的孕是从圣灵来的。 21 她必生一个儿子，你要给他起名叫耶稣，因为他要把自己的子民从罪恶中拯救出来。” 22 这整件事的发生，是要应验主借着先知所说的：
23 “必有童女怀孕生子，
他的名要叫以马内利。”
以马内利就是“ 神与我们同在”的意思。 24 约瑟睡醒了，就照着主的使者所吩咐的，把妻子迎娶过来； 25 只是在孩子出生以前，并没有与她同房。约瑟给孩子起名叫耶稣。

1 Voici la généalogie de Jésus-Christ, de la descendance de David et d’Abraham.
2 Abraham eut pour descendant Isaac. Isaac eut pour descendant Jacob. Jacob eut pour descendant Juda et ses frères. 3 De Thamar, Juda eut pour descendant Pérets et Zérah. Pérets eut pour descendant Hetsrôn. Hetsrôn eut pour descendant Aram. 4 Aram eut pour descendant Amminadab. Amminadab eut pour descendant Nahshôn, Nahshôn eut pour descendant Salma. 5 De Rahab, Salma eut pour descendant Booz. De Ruth, Booz eut pour descendant Obed. 6 Obed eut pour descendant Isaï. Isaï eut pour descendant le roi David.
De la femme d’Urie, David eut pour descendant Salomon. 7 Salomon eut pour descendant Roboam. Roboam eut pour descendant Abiya. Abiya eut pour descendant Asa. 8 Asa eut pour descendant Josaphat. Eléazar eut pour descendant Matthan. Matthan eut pour descendant Jacob. 16 Jacob eut pour descendant Joseph, l’époux de Marie, de laquelle est né Jésus, appelé Christ.
17 Il y eut donc en tout quatorze générations d’Abraham à David, quatorze de David jusqu’à la déportation à Babylone, et quatorze de cette déportation jusqu’à Christ.
L’annonce de la naissance de Jésus
18 Voici dans quelles circonstances Jésus-Christ vint au monde : Marie, sa mère, était liée par fiançailles à Joseph ; or elle se trouva enceinte par l’action du Saint-Esprit, avant qu’ils aient vécu ensemble[a]. 19 Joseph, son futur mari, était un homme juste. Il ne voulait pas la livrer au déshonneur. C’est pourquoi il se proposa de rompre ses fiançailles sans en ébruiter la raison.
20 Il réfléchissait à ce projet quand un ange du Seigneur lui apparut en rêve et lui dit : Joseph, descendant de David, ne crains pas de prendre Marie pour femme, car l’enfant qu’elle porte vient de l’Esprit Saint. 21 Elle donnera naissance à un fils, tu l’appelleras Jésus. C’est lui, en effet, qui sauvera son peuple de ses péchés[b].
22 Tout cela arriva pour que s’accomplisse cette parole du Seigneur[c] transmise par le prophète :
23 Voici, la jeune fille vierge sera enceinte.
Et elle enfantera un fils[d]
que l’on appellera Emmanuel,
ce qui veut dire : Dieu avec nous[e].
24 A son réveil, Joseph fit ce que l’ange du Seigneur lui avait commandé : il prit sa fiancée pour femme. 25 Mais il n’eut pas de relations conjugales avec elle avant qu’elle ait mis au monde un fils, auquel il donna le nom de Jésus.

17 Thus there were fourteen generations in all from Abraham to David, fourteen from David to the exile to Babylon, and fourteen from the exile to the Messiah.
Joseph Accepts Jesus as His Son
18 This is how the birth of Jesus the Messiah came about[d]: His mother Mary was pledged to be married to Joseph, but before they came together, she was found to be pregnant through the Holy Spirit.(S) 19 Because Joseph her husband was faithful to the law, and yet[e] did not want to expose her to public disgrace, he had in mind to divorce(T) her quietly.
20 But after he had considered this, an angel(U) of the Lord appeared to him in a dream(V) and said, “Joseph son of David, do not be afraid to take Mary home as your wife, because what is conceived in her is from the Holy Spirit. 21 She will give birth to a son, and you are to give him the name Jesus,[f](W) because he will save his people from their sins.”(X)
22 All this took place to fulfill(Y) what the Lord had said through the prophet: 23 “The virgin will conceive and give birth to a son, and they will call him Immanuel”[g](Z) (which means “God with us”).
24 When Joseph woke up, he did what the angel(AA) of the Lord had commanded him and took Mary home as his wife. 25 But he did not consummate their marriage until she gave birth to a son. And he gave him the name Jesus.(AB)
