²⁴He said unto them, Give place: for the maid is not dead, but sleepeth. And they laughed him to scorn.

⁵²Now they were all crying and ^(A)lamenting for her, but He said, “Stop crying, for she has not died, but ^(B)is asleep.”

⁵²And all wept, and bewailed her: but he said, Weep not; she is not dead, but sleepeth.
