23 (A)And when He got into the boat, His disciples followed Him. 24 And behold, there arose [a]a great storm on the sea, so that the boat was being covered with the waves; but Jesus Himself was sleeping. 25 And they came to Him and got Him up, saying, “(B)Save us, Lord; we are perishing!” 26 And He *said to them, “Why are you so cowardly, (C)you men of little faith?” Then He got up and rebuked the winds and the sea, and [b]it became perfectly calm. 27 And the men marveled, and said, “What kind of a man is this, that even the winds and the sea obey Him?”

Be still.” And the wind died down and [b]it became [c]perfectly calm. 40 And He said to them, “Why are you so cowardly? (D)Do you still have no faith?” 41 And they became [d]very afraid and were saying to one another, “Who then is this, that even the wind and the sea obey Him?”
