¹¹ If you then, evil as you are, know how to give good and ^[a]advantageous gifts to your children, how much more will your Father Who is in heaven [perfect as He is] give good and ^[b]advantageous things to those who ^[c]keep on asking Him!

¹³ If you then, evil as you are, know how to give good gifts [gifts ^[a]that are to their advantage] to your children, how much more will your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to those who ask and ^[b]continue to ask Him!
