Judging Others

7 “^(A)Do not ^[a]judge, so that you will not be judged.

³⁷ “^(A)Do not ^[a]judge, and you will not be judged; and do not ^[b]condemn, and you will not be condemned; ^[c](B)pardon, and you will be pardoned.

⁷ When they persisted in asking Him, ^(A)He straightened up and said to them, “^(B)He who is without sin among you, let him be the ^(C)first to throw a stone at her.”

The Impartiality of God

2 Therefore you have ^(A)no excuse, ^[a]you foolish person, ^(B)everyone of you who passes judgment; for ^[b]in that matter in which ^(C)you judge someone else, you condemn yourself; for you who judge practice the same things.
