^19 (A)Go therefore and ^(B)make disciples of ^(C)all nations, ^(D)baptizing them ^(E)in^{[a] (F)}the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, ²⁰ teaching them ^(G)to observe all that ^(H)I have commanded you. And behold, ^(I)I am with you always, to ^(J)the end of the age.”

³⁸ And Peter said to them, ^(A)“Repent and ^(B)be baptized every one of you ^(C)in the name of Jesus Christ ^(D)for the forgiveness of your sins, and you will receive ^(E)the gift of the Holy Spirit. ³⁹ For ^(F)the promise is for you and ^(G)for your children and for all ^(H)who are far off, everyone ^(I)whom the Lord our God calls to himself.” ⁴⁰ And with many other words he bore witness and continued to exhort them, saying, ^(J)“Save yourselves from this ^(K)crooked generation.” ⁴¹ So those who received his word were baptized, and ^(L)there were added that day about three thousand souls.

The Fellowship of the Believers

⁴² And ^(M)they devoted themselves to the apostles' ^(N)teaching and the ^(O)fellowship, to ^(P)the breaking of bread and the prayers.

¹² But when ^(A)they believed Philip as he preached good news ^(B)about the kingdom of God and the name of Jesus Christ, ^(C)they were baptized, both men and women.

^8 (A)Crispus, the ruler of the synagogue, believed in the Lord, together ^(B)with his entire household. And many of the Corinthians hearing Paul believed and were baptized.

²³ For ^(A)I received from the Lord what I also delivered to you, that ^(B)the Lord Jesus on the night when he was betrayed took bread, ²⁴ and when he had given thanks, he broke it, and said, “This is my body, which is for^[a] you. Do this in remembrance of me.”^{[b] 25} In the same way also he took the cup, after supper, saying, “This cup is the new covenant in my blood. Do this, as often as you drink it, in remembrance of me.” ²⁶ For as often as you eat this bread and drink the cup, you proclaim the Lord's death ^(C)until he comes.
