The Great Commission

¹⁶ Now the eleven disciples ^(A)went to Galilee, to the mountain to which Jesus had directed them. ¹⁷ And when they saw him they ^(B)worshiped him, but some doubted. ¹⁸ And Jesus came and said to them, ^(C)“All authority ^(D)in heaven and on earth has been given to me. ^19 (E)Go therefore and ^(F)make disciples of ^(G)all nations, ^(H)baptizing them ^(I)in^{[a] (J)}the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, ²⁰ teaching them ^(K)to observe all that ^(L)I have commanded you. And behold, ^(M)I am with you always, to ^(N)the end of the age.”

³ Do you not know that all of us ^(A)who have been baptized ^(B)into Christ Jesus were baptized into his death? ⁴ We were ^(C)buried therefore with him by baptism into death, in order that, just as ^(D)Christ was raised from the dead by ^(E)the glory of the Father, we too might walk in ^(F)newness of life.

⁵ For ^(G)if we have been united with him in ^(H)a death like his, we shall certainly be united with him in a resurrection like his. ⁶ We know that ^(I)our old self^{[a] (J)}was crucified with him in order that ^(K)the body of sin might be brought to nothing, so that we would no longer be enslaved to sin. ⁷ For ^(L)one who has died ^(M)has been set free^[b] from sin. ⁸ Now ^(N)if we have died with Christ, we believe that we will also live with him.
