Matthew 27:39-44
New American Standard Bible
39 And those passing by were [a]speaking abusively to Him, (A)shaking their heads, 40 and saying, “(B)You who are going to destroy the temple and rebuild it in three days, save Yourself! (C)If You are the Son of God, come down from the cross.” 41 In the same way the chief priests also, along with the scribes and elders, were mocking Him and saying, 42 “(D)He saved others; [b]He cannot save Himself! (E)He is the King of Israel; let Him now come down from the cross, and we will believe in Him. 43 (F)He has trusted in God; let God rescue Him now, if He [c]takes pleasure in Him; for He said, ‘I am the Son of God.’” 44 (G)And the [d]rebels who had been crucified with Him were also insulting Him in the same way.

39 And (A)those who passed by blasphemed Him, wagging their heads 40 and saying, (B)“You who destroy the temple and build it in three days, save Yourself! (C)If You are the Son of God, come down from the cross.”
41 Likewise the chief priests also, mocking with the [a]scribes and elders, said, 42 “He (D)saved others; Himself He cannot save. [b]If He is the King of Israel, let Him now come down from the cross, and we will believe [c]Him. 43 (E)He trusted in God; let Him deliver Him now if He will have Him; for He said, ‘I am the Son of God.’ ”
44 (F)Even the robbers who were crucified with Him reviled Him with the same thing.
