¹¹ Afterward the other virgins came also, saying, ^(A)‘Lord, lord, open to us.’ ^12 (B)But he answered, ‘Truly, I say to you, ^(C)I do not know you.’ ^13 (D)Watch therefore, for you ^(E)know neither the day nor the hour.

^14 (F)“For ^(G)it will be like a man ^(H)going on a journey, who called his servants^[a] and entrusted to them his property. ¹⁵ To one he gave five ^(I)talents,^[b] to another two, to another one, ^(J)to each according to his ability. Then he ^(K)went away.
