37 “(A)Jerusalem, Jerusalem, who (B)kills the prophets and stones those who are sent to her! How often I wanted to gather your children together, (C)the way a hen gathers her chicks under her wings, and you did not want it. 38 Behold, (D)your house is being left to you desolate! 39 For I say to you, from now on you will not see Me until you say, ‘(E)Blessed is He who comes in the name of the [a]Lord!’”

How often would I have gathered your children together as a hen gathers her brood under her wings, and you would not! 38 Behold, your house is forsaken and desolate.[a] 39 For I tell you, you will not see me again, until you say, ‘Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord.’”
