Matthew 20:3-5

3 When it was about nine o’clock in the morning,[a] he went out again and saw others standing around in the marketplace[b] without work. 4 He said to them, ‘You go into the vineyard too, and I will give you whatever is right.’ 5 So they went. When[c] he went out again about noon and three o’clock that afternoon,[d] he did the same thing.

3 “About nine in the morning he went out and saw others standing in the marketplace doing nothing. 4 He told them, ‘You also go and work in my vineyard, and I will pay you whatever is right.’ 5 So they went.
