² “Where is He who has been born ^(A)King of the Jews? For we saw ^(B)His star in the east and have come to worship Him.”

¹¹ And after they came into the house, they saw the Child with ^(A)His mother Mary; and they fell down and ^[a](B)worshiped Him. Then they opened their treasures and presented to Him gifts of gold, frankincense, and myrrh.

²⁹ And He said, “Come!” And Peter got out of the boat and walked on the water, and came toward Jesus. ³⁰ But seeing the wind, he became frightened, and when he began to sink, he cried out, saying, “Lord, save me!” ³¹ Immediately Jesus reached out with His hand and took hold of him, and *said to him, “^(A)You of little faith, why did you doubt?” ³² When they got into the boat, the wind stopped. ³³ And those who were in the boat worshiped Him, saying, “You are truly ^(B)God’s Son!”

^34 (C)When they had crossed over, they came to land at ^(D)Gennesaret. ³⁵ And when the men of that place ^[a]recognized Him, they sent word into all that surrounding region and brought to Him all who were sick; ³⁶ and they pleaded with Him that they might just touch ^(E)the ^[b]border of His cloak; and all who ^(F)touched it were cured.

⁹ And behold, Jesus met them ^[a]and said, “^[b]Rejoice!” And they came up and took hold of His feet, and worshiped Him.

The Great Commission

¹⁶ But the eleven disciples proceeded ^(A)to Galilee, to the mountain which Jesus had designated to them. ¹⁷ And when they saw Him, they worshiped Him; but ^(B)some ^[a]were doubtful. ¹⁸ And Jesus came up and spoke to them, saying, “^(C)All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to Me.

^32 [a]Since the beginning of time it has never been heard that anyone opened the eyes of a person born blind. ^33 (A)If this man were not from God, He could do nothing.” ³⁴ They answered him, “^(B)You were born entirely in sins, and yet you are teaching us?” So they ^[b](C)put him out.

Jesus Affirms His Deity

³⁵ Jesus heard that they had ^[c](D)put him out, and upon finding him, He said, “Do you believe in the ^(E)Son of Man?” ³⁶ He answered ^[d]by saying, “And ^(F)who is He, ^[e]Sir, that I may believe in Him?” ³⁷ Jesus said to him, “You have both seen Him, and ^(G)He is the one who is talking with you.” ³⁸ And he said, “I believe, Lord.” And he ^(H)worshiped Him. ³⁹ And Jesus said, “^(I)For judgment I came into this world, so that ^(J)those who do not see may see, and ^(K)those who see may become blind.” ⁴⁰ Those who were with Him from the Pharisees heard these things and said to Him, “^(L)We are not blind too, are we?”

Angels Exalt the Lamb

¹¹ Then I looked, and I heard the voices of many angels ^(D)around the throne and the ^(E)living creatures and the ^(F)elders; and the number of them was ^[a](G)myriads of myriads, and thousands of thousands, ¹² saying with a loud voice,

¹³ And I heard ^(K)every created thing which is in heaven, or on the earth, or under the earth, or on the sea, and all the things in them, saying,

¹⁴ And the ^(O)four living creatures were saying, “^(P)Amen.” And the ^(Q)elders ^(R)fell down and worshiped.

A Multitude from the Tribulation

⁹ After these things I looked, and behold, a great multitude which no one could count, from ^(A)every nation and all the tribes, peoples, and languages, standing ^(B)before the throne and ^(C)before the Lamb, clothed in ^(D)white robes, and ^(E)palm branches were in their hands; ¹⁰ and they *cried out with a loud voice, saying,

¹¹ And all the angels were standing ^(H)around the throne and around ^(I)the elders and the ^(J)four living creatures; and they ^(K)fell on their faces before the throne and worshiped God, ¹² saying,

¹² And they heard a loud voice from heaven saying to them, “^(A)Come up here.” And they ^(B)went up into heaven in the cloud, and their enemies watched them. ¹³ And ^[a]at that time there was a great ^(C)earthquake, and a tenth of the city fell; ^[b]seven thousand people were killed in the earthquake, and the rest were terrified and ^(D)gave glory to the ^(E)God of heaven.

¹⁴ The second ^(F)woe has passed; behold, the third woe is coming quickly.

The Seventh Trumpet: Christ’s Reign Foreseen

¹⁵ Then the ^(G)seventh angel sounded; and there were ^(H)loud voices in heaven, saying,

“^(I)The kingdom of the world has become the kingdom of our Lord and of ^(J)His ^[c]Christ; and ^(K)He will reign forever and ever.” ¹⁶ And the twenty-four elders, who ^(L)sit on their thrones before God, ^(M)fell on their faces and worshiped God, ¹⁷ saying,

“We give You thanks, ^(N)Lord God, the Almighty, the One who is and who was, because You have taken Your great power and have begun to ^(O)reign.
