⁴² “^(A)Whoever causes one of these ^[a]little ones who believe to stumble, it ^[b]would be better for him if, with a heavy millstone hung around his neck, he ^[c]had been cast into the sea.

^2 (A)It ^[a]would be better for him if a millstone were hung around his neck and he were thrown into the sea, than that he would cause one of these little ones to stumble.
