Why Jesus Used Parables(A)
34 Jesus told the crowds all these things in parables. He did not tell them anything without using[a] a parable. 35 This was to fulfill what was declared by the prophet[b] when he said,
“I will open my mouth to speak[c] in parables.
I will declare what has been hidden
since the creation of the world.”[d]
