Matthew 1:21-25

²¹ She will give birth to a Son; and ^(A)you shall name Him Jesus, for ^[a]He ^(B)will save His people from their sins.” ²² Now all this ^[b]took place so that what was ^(C)spoken by the Lord through ^[c]the prophet would be fulfilled: ²³ “^(D)Behold, the virgin will ^[d](E)conceive and give birth to a Son, and they shall name Him ^[e]Immanuel,” which translated means, “^(F)God with us.” ²⁴ And Joseph awoke from his sleep and did as the angel of the Lord commanded him, and took Mary as his wife, ^25 [f]but kept her a virgin until she ^(G)gave birth to a Son; and ^(H)he named Him Jesus.
