²¹ She will bear a Son; and ^(A)you shall call His name Jesus, for ^[a]He ^(B)will save His people from their sins.”

²⁹ Jesus answered and said to them, “This is ^(A)the work of God, that you believe in Him whom He ^(B)has sent.”

³³ Therefore Jesus said, “^(A)For a little while longer I am with you, then ^(B)I go to Him who sent Me.

¹⁸ I am He who testifies about Myself, and ^(A)the Father who sent Me testifies about Me.”

²⁶ I have many things to speak and to judge concerning you, but ^(A)He who sent Me is true; and ^(B)the things which I heard from Him, these I speak to the world.”

⁴² Jesus said to them, “If God were your Father, ^(A)you would love Me, ^(B)for I proceeded forth and have come from God, for I have ^(C)not even come on My own initiative, but ^[a](D)He sent Me.

⁴ We must work the works of Him who sent Me ^(A)as long as it is day; night is coming when no one can work.
