²⁶ And He *said to them, “Why are you so cowardly, ^(A)you men of little faith?” Then He got up and rebuked the winds and the sea, and ^[a]it became perfectly calm.

³⁹ And He woke up and ^(A)rebuked the wind and said to the sea, “Silence! Be still.” And the wind died down and ^[a]it became ^[b]perfectly calm.

³⁹ And standing over her, He ^(A)rebuked the fever, and it left her. Immediately she stood up and ^[a]began waiting on them.

⁴¹ And demons also were coming out of many, shouting and saying, “You are ^(A)the Son of God!” But ^(B)rebuking them, He was ^(C)not allowing them to speak, because they knew Him to be the ^[a]Christ.

²⁴ And they came to Him and woke Him up, saying, “^(A)Master, Master, we are perishing!” And He woke up and ^(B)rebuked the wind and the surging waves, and they stopped, and ^[a]it became calm.
