²⁸And why take ye thought for raiment? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow; they toil not, neither do they spin:

²⁸“And why do you worry about clothes? See how the flowers of the field grow. They do not labor or spin.

²⁹And yet I say unto you, That even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these.

²⁹Yet I tell you that not even Solomon in all his splendor^(A) was dressed like one of these.

²⁴For all flesh is as grass, and all the glory of man as the flower of grass. The grass withereth, and the flower thereof falleth away:

“All people are like grass,
and all their glory is like the flowers of the field;
the grass withers and the flowers fall,
