⁵ The angel said to the women, “Do not be afraid,^(A) for I know that you are looking for Jesus, who was crucified. ⁶ He is not here; he has risen, just as he said.^(B) Come and see the place where he lay.

⁶ “Don’t be alarmed,” he said. “You are looking for Jesus the Nazarene,^(A) who was crucified. He has risen! He is not here. See the place where they laid him.

⁵ In their fright the women bowed down with their faces to the ground, but the men said to them, “Why do you look for the living among the dead? ⁶ He is not here; he has risen! Remember how he told you, while he was still with you in Galilee:^(A)

³² God has raised this Jesus to life,^(A) and we are all witnesses^(B) of it.

¹⁵ You killed the author of life, but God raised him from the dead.^(A) We are witnesses^(B) of this.

²⁶ When God raised up^(A) his servant, he sent him first^(B) to you to bless you by turning each of you from your wicked ways.”

¹⁰ then know this, you and all the people of Israel: It is by the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth,^(A) whom you crucified but whom God raised from the dead,^(B) that this man stands before you healed.
