2 [a]Ye know that after two days is the Passover, and the Son of man shall be delivered to be crucified.
3 (A)Then assembled together the chief Priests, and the Scribes, and the Elders of the people into the hall of the high Priest called Caiaphas:
4 And consulted together that they might take Jesus by subtilty, and kill him.

2 “As you know, the Passover(A) is two days away—and the Son of Man will be handed over to be crucified.”
3 Then the chief priests and the elders of the people assembled(B) in the palace of the high priest, whose name was Caiaphas,(C) 4 and they schemed to arrest Jesus secretly and kill him.(D)
