²² And unless those days had been cut short, no ^[a]life would have been saved; but for ^(A)the sake of the ^[b]elect those days will be cut short.

³³ Who will bring a charge against ^(A)God’s elect? ^(B)God is the one who justifies;

¹² So, as the ^(A)elect of God, holy and beloved, ^(B)put on a ^(C)heart of compassion, kindness, ^(D)humility, gentleness, and ^[a](E)patience;

¹⁰ For this reason ^(A)I endure all things for ^(B)the sake of the elect, ^(C)so that they also may obtain the ^(D)salvation, which is in ^(E)Christ Jesus, with ^(F)eternal glory.
