3 But if the sky is red and gloomy in the morning, you say it is going to rain. You can tell what the weather will be like by looking at the sky. But you don't understand what is happening now.[a] 4 (A) You want a sign because you are evil and won't believe! But the only sign you will be given is what happened to Jonah.[b]
Then Jesus left.

New International Version
3 and in the morning, ‘Today it will be stormy, for the sky is red and overcast.’ You know how to interpret the appearance of the sky, but you cannot interpret the signs of the times.[a](A) 4 A wicked and adulterous generation looks for a sign, but none will be given it except the sign of Jonah.”(B) Jesus then left them and went away.
