Good News Translation
25 (A)For if you want to save your own life, you will lose it; but if you lose your life for my sake, you will find it. 26 Will you gain anything if you win the whole world but lose your life? Of course not! There is nothing you can give to regain your life. 27 (B)For the Son of Man is about to come in the glory of his Father with his angels, and then he will reward each one according to his deeds.

25 For whoever wants to save their life[a] will lose it, but whoever loses their life for me will find it.(A) 26 What good will it be for someone to gain the whole world, yet forfeit their soul? Or what can anyone give in exchange for their soul? 27 For the Son of Man(B) is going to come(C) in his Father’s glory with his angels, and then he will reward each person according to what they have done.(D)
