Matthew 16:25-27
Christian Standard Bible
25 For whoever wants to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life because of me will find it.(A) 26 For what will it benefit someone if he gains the whole world yet loses his life? Or what will anyone give in exchange for his life?(B) 27 For the Son of Man is going to come with his angels in the glory of his Father,(C) and then he will reward each according to what he has done.

25 For whoever wants to save their life[a] will lose it, but whoever loses their life for me will find it.(A) 26 What good will it be for someone to gain the whole world, yet forfeit their soul? Or what can anyone give in exchange for their soul? 27 For the Son of Man(B) is going to come(C) in his Father’s glory with his angels, and then he will reward each person according to what they have done.(D)
