Matthew 16:25-27
Contemporary English Version
25 (A) If you want to save your life,[a] you will destroy it. But if you give up your life for me, you will find it. 26 What will you gain, if you own the whole world but destroy yourself? What would you give to get back your soul?
27 (B) The Son of Man will soon come in the glory of his Father and with his angels to reward all people for what they have done.

New International Version
25 For whoever wants to save their life[a] will lose it, but whoever loses their life for me will find it.(A) 26 What good will it be for someone to gain the whole world, yet forfeit their soul? Or what can anyone give in exchange for their soul? 27 For the Son of Man(B) is going to come(C) in his Father’s glory with his angels, and then he will reward each person according to what they have done.(D)
