24 But I tell you that it will be more bearable for Sodom on the day of judgment than for you.”(A)

25 At that time Jesus said, “I praise you, Father,(C) Lord of heaven and earth, because you have hidden these things from the wise and learned, and revealed them to little children.(D) 26 Yes, Father, for this is what you were pleased to do.

25 At that time Jesus answered and said, I thank thee, O Father, Lord of heaven and earth, because thou hast hid these things from the wise and prudent, and hast revealed them unto babes.
26 Even so, Father: for so it seemed good in thy sight.
