^2 (A)Now the names of the twelve apostles are these: The first, ^(B)Simon, who is called Peter, and ^(C)Andrew his brother; and ^(D)James the son of Zebedee, and John his brother;

² and both Jesus and His ^(A)disciples were invited to the wedding.

⁷⁰ Jesus answered them, “^(A)Did I Myself not choose you, ^(B)the twelve, and yet one of you is ^(C)a devil?” ⁷¹ Now He was speaking of Judas ^(D)the son of Simon Iscariot, for he, ^(E)one of ^(F)the twelve, ^[a]was going to betray Him.

²⁴ But ^(A)Thomas, one of ^(B)the twelve, called ^[a](C)Didymus, was not with them when Jesus came.
