Matthew 1:19-21

19 And her husband Joseph, since he was a righteous man and did not want to disgrace her, planned to [a](A)send her away secretly. 20 But when he had thought this over, behold, an angel of the Lord appeared to him in a dream, saying, “(B)Joseph, son of David, do not be afraid to take Mary as your wife; for [b]the Child who has been conceived in her is of the Holy Spirit. 21 She will give birth to a Son; and (C)you shall name Him Jesus, for [c]He (D)will save His people from their sins.”

19 Then Joseph her husband, being a just man, and not willing to make her a public example, was minded to put her away privily.
20 But while he thought on these things, behold, the angel of the Lord appeared unto him in a dream, saying, Joseph, thou son of David, fear not to take unto thee Mary thy wife: for that which is conceived in her is of the Holy Ghost.
21 And she shall bring forth a son, and thou shalt call his name Jesus: for he shall save his people from their sins.
