27 ତା’ ପରଦିନ ଅତି ସକାଳୁ ସମସ୍ତ ପ୍ରଧାନଯାଜକ ଓ ପ୍ରାଚୀନ ନେତାମାନେ ଏକାଠି ହେଲେ, ଓ ଯୀଶୁଙ୍କୁ ବଧ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ଯୋଜନା କଲେ। ²ସେମାନେ ଯୀଶୁଙ୍କୁ ବାନ୍ଧି ପକାଇଲେ। ତା'ପରେ ତାହାଙ୍କୁ ରାଜ୍ୟପାଳ ପୀଲାତଙ୍କ ପାଖକୁ ନେଇଗଲେ, ଓ ତାହାଙ୍କ ହାତରେ ଯୀଶୁଙ୍କୁ ଦେଇଦେଲେ।
