24 And Jesus went out and departed from the temple, and His disciples came to Him to show Him the buildings of the temple.

² And Jesus said unto them, “See ye not all these things? Verily I say unto you, there shall not be left here one stone upon another that shall not be thrown down.”

³ And as He sat upon the Mount of Olives, the disciples came unto Him privately, saying, “Tell us, when shall these things be? And what shall be the sign of Thy coming and of the end of the world?”

⁴ And Jesus answered and said unto them, “Take heed that no man deceive you;

⁵ for many shall come in My name, saying, ‘I am Christ,’ and shall deceive many.

⁶ And ye shall hear of wars and rumors of wars. See that ye be not troubled, for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet.

⁷ For nation shall rise against nation and kingdom against kingdom, and there shall be famines and pestilences and earthquakes in divers places.

⁸ All these are the beginning of sorrows.

⁹ Then shall they deliver you up to be afflicted and shall kill you, and ye shall be hated by all nations for My name’s sake.

¹⁰ And then shall many lose faith and shall betray one another and shall hate one another.

¹¹ And many false prophets shall rise and shall deceive many.

¹² And because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold.

¹³ But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved.

¹⁴ And this Gospel of the Kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations, and then shall the end come.

¹⁵ “When ye therefore shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, standing in the holy place (whoso readeth, let him understand),

¹⁶ then let them that be in Judea flee unto the mountains.

¹⁷ Let him that is on the housetop not come down to take anything out of his house;

¹⁸ neither let him that is in the field return back to take his clothes.

¹⁹ And woe unto them that are with child, and to them that give suck in those days!

²⁰ But pray ye that your flight be not in the winter, neither on the Sabbath day.

²¹ For then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be.

²² And unless those days should be shortened, there should no flesh be saved; but for the elect’s sake, those days shall be shortened.

²³ Then if any man shall say unto you, ‘Lo, here is Christ,’ or ‘there,’ believe it not.

²⁴ For there shall arise false christs and false prophets and shall show great signs and wonders, insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect.

²⁵ Behold, I have told you before.

¹¹ And I beheld another beast coming up out of the earth; and he had two horns like a lamb, and he spoke as a dragon.

¹² And he exerciseth all the power of the first beast before him; and he causeth the earth and them that dwell therein to worship the first beast, whose deadly wound was healed.

¹³ And he doeth great wonders, so that he maketh fire come down from heaven on the earth in the sight of men.

¹⁴ And he deceiveth them that dwell on the earth by means of those miracles which he had power to do in the sight of the beast, saying to them that dwell on the earth that they should make an image to the beast, which had the wound by a sword and lived.

¹⁵ And he had power to give life unto the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak and cause to be killed as many as would not worship the image of the beast.

¹⁶ And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand or in their foreheads,

¹⁷ that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark or the name of the beast or the number of his name.

²⁴ “Therefore, whosoever heareth these sayings of Mine and doeth them, I will liken him unto a wise man, who built his house upon a rock.

²⁵ And the rain descended and the floods came, and the winds blew and beat upon that house; and it fell not, for it was founded upon a rock.

²⁶ And every one that heareth these sayings of Mine and doeth them not, shall be likened unto a foolish man, who built his house upon the sand;

²⁷ and the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat upon that house; and it fell, and great was the fall of it.”

²⁰ “And when ye shall see Jerusalem compassed with armies, then know that the desolation thereof is nigh.

25 “Then shall the Kingdom of Heaven be likened unto ten virgins, who took their lamps and went forth to meet the bridegroom.

² And five of them were wise, and five were foolish.

³ They that were foolish took their lamps and took no oil with them,

⁴ but the wise took oil in their vessels with their lamps.

⁵ While the bridegroom tarried, they all slumbered and slept.

⁶ And at midnight there was a cry made: ‘Behold, the bridegroom cometh; go ye out to meet him.’

⁷ Then all those virgins arose and trimmed their lamps.

⁸ And the foolish said unto the wise, ‘Give us of your oil, for our lamps are gone out.’

⁹ But the wise answered, saying, ‘Not so, lest there be not enough for us and you; but go ye rather to them that sell, and buy for yourselves.’

¹⁰ And while they went to buy, the bridegroom came, and they that were ready went in with him to the marriage, and the door was shut.

¹¹ Afterward came also the other virgins, saying, ‘Lord, lord, open to us!’

¹² But he answered and said, ‘Verily I say unto you, I know you not.’

¹³ Watch therefore, for ye know neither the day nor the hour wherein the Son of Man cometh.

¹⁴ “For the Kingdom of Heaven is as a man traveling into a far country, who called his own servants and delivered unto them his goods.

¹⁵ And unto one he gave five talents, to another two, and to another one, to every man according to his several ability, and straightway tookhis journey.

¹⁶ Then he that had received the five talents went and traded with the same, and made them another five talents.

¹⁷ And likewise he that had received two, he also gained another two.

¹⁸ But he that had received one went and dug in the earth and hid his lord’s money.

¹⁹ After a long time the lord of those servants came and reckoned with them.

²⁰ And so he that had received five talents came and brought the other five talents, saying, ‘Lord, thou deliveredst unto me five talents. Behold, I have gained beside them five talents more.’

²¹ His lord said unto him, ‘Well done, thou good and faithful servant. Thou hast been faithful over a few things; I will make thee ruler over many things. Enter thou into the joy of thy lord.’

²² “He also that had received two talents came and said, ‘Lord, thou deliveredst unto me two talents; behold, I have gained two other talents beside them.’

²³ His lord said unto him, ‘Well done, good and faithful servant. Thou hast been faithful over a few things; I will make thee ruler over many things. Enter thou into the joy of thy lord.’

²⁴ “Then he that had received the one talent came and said, ‘Lord, I knew thee, that thou art a hard man, reaping where thou hast not sown, and gathering where thou hast not strewed.

²⁵ And I was afraid, and went and hid thy talent in the earth. Lo, there thou hast what is thine.’

²⁶ His lord answered and said unto him, ‘Thou wicked and slothful servant, thou knewest that I reap where I sowed not, and gather where I have not strewed.

²⁷ Thou ought therefore to have placed my money with the exchangers, and then at my coming I should have received mine own with interest.

²⁸ Take therefore the talent from him, and give it unto him that hath ten talents.

²⁹ For unto every one that hath shall be given, and he shall have abundance; but from him that hath not, shall be taken away even that which he hath.

³⁰ And cast ye the unprofitable servant into outer darkness: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.’
