The Compassion of Jesus^(A)

³⁵ Then Jesus went about all the cities and villages, ^(B)teaching in their synagogues, preaching the gospel of the kingdom, and healing every sickness and every disease ^[a]among the people.

Jesus Heals a Great Multitude^(A)

²³ And Jesus went about all Galilee, ^(B)teaching in their synagogues, preaching ^(C)the gospel of the kingdom, ^(D)and healing all kinds of sickness and all kinds of disease among the people. ²⁴ Then ^[a]His fame went throughout all Syria; and they ^(E)brought to Him all sick people who were afflicted with various diseases and torments, and those who were demon-possessed, epileptics, and paralytics; and He healed them.

³⁸ how ^(A)God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Spirit and with power, who ^(B)went about doing good and healing all who were oppressed by the devil, ^(C)for God was with Him.

⁵⁶ Wherever He entered, into villages, cities, or the country, they laid the sick in the marketplaces, and begged Him that ^(A)they might just touch the ^(B)hem of His garment. And as many as touched Him were made well.

^5 (A)The blind see and the lame walk; the lepers are cleansed and the deaf hear; the dead are raised up and ^(B)the poor have the gospel preached to them.

⁴³ but He said to them, “I must ^(A)preach the kingdom of God to the other cities also, because for this purpose I have been sent.” ^44 (B)And He was preaching in the synagogues of ^[a]Galilee.

The Narrow Way^(A)

^22 (B)And He went through the cities and villages, teaching, and journeying toward Jerusalem.

²² “Men of Israel, hear these words: Jesus of Nazareth, a Man attested by God to you ^(A)by miracles, wonders, and signs which God did through Him in your midst, as you yourselves also know—

⁶ And ^(A)He marveled because of their unbelief. ^(B)Then He went about the villages in a circuit, teaching.
