¹⁵ He ^(A)touched her hand, and the fever left her, and she rose and began to serve him.

¹¹ And ^(A)God was doing extraordinary miracles by the hands of Paul, ^12 (B)so that even handkerchiefs or aprons that had touched his skin were carried away to the sick, and their diseases left them and ^(C)the evil spirits came out of them. ¹³ Then some of the itinerant Jewish ^(D)exorcists ^(E)undertook to invoke the name of the Lord Jesus over those who had evil spirits, saying, ^(F)“I adjure you by the Jesus whom Paul proclaims.”

Jesus Heals Many

^38 (A)And he arose and left the synagogue and entered Simon's house. Now ^(B)Simon's mother-in-law was ill with a high fever, and they appealed to him on her behalf. ³⁹ And he stood over her and ^(C)rebuked the fever, and it left her, and immediately she rose and began to serve them.

⁴¹ Moved with pity, he stretched out his hand and touched him and said to him, “I will; be clean.”

³⁴ And Jesus in pity touched their eyes, and immediately they recovered their sight and followed him.
