^48 (A)Therefore you shall be perfect, just ^(B)as your Father in heaven is perfect.

^15 (A)but as He who called you is holy, you also be holy in all your conduct, ¹⁶ because it is written, ^(B)“Be holy, for I am holy.”

⁴ But let patience have its perfect work, that you may be ^[a]perfect and complete, lacking nothing.

² “Speak to all the congregation of the children of Israel, and say to them: ^(A)‘You shall be holy, for I the Lord your God am holy.

^36 (A)Therefore be merciful, just as your Father also is merciful.

¹³ You shall be ^[a]blameless before the Lord your God.

Walk in Love

5 Therefore^(A) be imitators of God as dear ^(B)children. ² And ^(C)walk in love, ^(D)as Christ also has loved us and given Himself for us, an offering and a sacrifice to God ^(E)for a sweet-smelling aroma.

²⁸ Him we preach, ^(A)warning every man and teaching every man in all wisdom, ^(B)that we may present every man perfect in Christ Jesus.

^3 (A)And everyone who has this hope in Him purifies himself, just as He is pure.

The Corinthians’ Repentance

7 Therefore,^(A) having these promises, beloved, let us cleanse ourselves from all filthiness of the flesh and spirit, perfecting holiness in the fear of God.
