¹¹ “Blessed are you when people ^(A)insult you and persecute you, and falsely say all kinds of evil against you because of Me. ¹² Rejoice and be glad, for your reward in heaven is great; for ^(B)in the same way they persecuted the prophets who were before you.

²³ His master said to him, ‘Well done, good and ^(A)faithful slave. You were faithful with a few things, I will put you in charge of many things; enter into the joy of your master.’

³⁵ But ^(A)love your enemies, and do good, and lend, ^[a]expecting nothing in return; and your reward will be great, and you will be ^(B)sons of ^(C)the Most High; for He Himself is kind to ungrateful and evil men.
