^35 (A)Then they crucified Him, and divided His garments, casting lots, ^[a]that it might be fulfilled which was spoken by the prophet:

²⁴ And when they crucified Him, ^(A)they divided His garments, casting lots for them to determine what every man should take.

²⁵ Now ^(B)it was the third hour, and they crucified Him. ²⁶ And ^(C)the inscription of His ^[a]accusation was written above:

THE KING OF THE JEWS.

^27 (D)With Him they also crucified two robbers, one on His right and the other on His left. ^28 [b]So the Scripture was fulfilled which says, ^(E)“And He was numbered with the transgressors.”

²⁹ And ^(F)those who passed by blasphemed Him, ^(G)wagging their heads and saying, “Aha! ^(H)You who destroy the temple and build it in three days, ³⁰ save Yourself, and come down from the cross!”

³¹ Likewise the chief priests also, ^(I)mocking among themselves with the scribes, said, “He saved ^(J)others; Himself He cannot save. ³² Let the Christ, the King of Israel, descend now from the cross, that we may see and ^[c]believe.”

Even ^(K)those who were crucified with Him reviled Him.

¹⁰ let it be known to you all, and to all the people of Israel, ^(A)that by the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom you crucified, ^(B)whom God raised from the dead, by Him this man stands here before you whole.

^34 [a]Then Jesus said, “Father, ^(A)forgive them, for ^(B)they do not know what they do.”

And ^(C)they divided His garments and cast lots.

²⁷ Then He said to Thomas, “Reach your finger here, and look at My hands; and ^(A)reach your hand here, and put it into My side. Do not be ^(B)unbelieving, but believing.”

^23 (A)Then the soldiers, when they had crucified Jesus, took His garments and made four parts, to each soldier a part, and also the tunic. Now the tunic was without seam, woven from the top in one piece. ²⁴ They said therefore among themselves, “Let us not tear it, but cast lots for it, whose it shall be,” that the Scripture might be fulfilled which says:

Therefore the soldiers did these things.

²⁵ The other disciples therefore said to him, “We have seen the Lord.”

So he said to them, “Unless I see in His hands the print of the nails, and put my finger into the print of the nails, and put my hand into His side, I will not believe.”
