^11 (A)For you have the poor with you always, but ^(B)Me you do not have always.

¹¹ For ^(A)the poor will never cease from the land; therefore I command you, saying, ‘You shall ^[a]open your hand wide to your brother, to your poor and your needy, in your land.’

^7 (A)For you have the poor with you always, and whenever you wish you may do them good; ^(B)but Me you do not have always.

^28 (A)I came forth from the Father and have come into the world. Again, I leave the world and go to the Father.”

^20 (A)teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am ^(B)with you always, even to the end of the age.” ^[a]Amen.
