¹⁶ then those in Judea must flee to the mountains;

²¹ Then those in Judea must flee to the mountains, and those inside the city must leave it, and those out in the country must not enter it,^{(A) 22} for these are days of vengeance, as a fulfillment of all that is written.^(B)

⁷ By faith Noah, warned by God about events as yet unseen, respected the warning and built an ark to save his household; by this he condemned the world and became an heir to the righteousness that is in accordance with faith.^(A)
