¹¹ “But when the king came in to see the guests, he saw a man there ^(A)who did not have on a wedding garment.

^4 [a]You have ^(A)a few names ^[b]even in Sardis who have not ^(B)defiled their garments; and they shall walk with Me ^(C)in white, for they are worthy. ⁵ He who overcomes ^(D)shall be clothed in white garments, and I will not ^(E)blot out his name from the ^(F)Book of Life; but ^(G)I will confess his name before My Father and before His angels.

⁸ And ^(A)to her it was granted to be arrayed in fine linen, clean and bright, ^(B)for the fine linen is the righteous acts of the saints.

¹² For the word of God is ^(A)living and powerful, and ^(B)sharper than any ^(C)two-edged sword, piercing even to the division of soul and spirit, and of joints and marrow, and is ^(D)a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart. ^13 (E)And there is no creature hidden from His sight, but all things are ^(F)naked and open to the eyes of Him to whom we must give account.

¹⁰ and have put on the new man who ^(A)is renewed in knowledge ^(B)according to the image of Him who ^(C)created him, ¹¹ where there is neither ^(D)Greek nor Jew, circumcised nor uncircumcised, barbarian, Scythian, slave nor free, ^(E)but Christ is all and in all.

²⁴ and that you ^(A)put on the new man which was created according to God, in true righteousness and holiness.

³ Now Joshua was clothed with ^(A)filthy garments, and was standing before the Angel.

⁴ Then He answered and spoke to those who stood before Him, saying, “Take away the filthy garments from him.” And to him He said, “See, I have removed your iniquity from you, ^(B)and I will clothe you with rich robes.”

³ if indeed, ^(A)having been clothed, we shall not be found naked.

¹⁴ But ^(A)put on the Lord Jesus Christ, and ^(B)make no provision for the flesh, to fulfill its lusts.
