¹⁰ And those servants went out into the roads and ^(A)gathered all whom they found, both bad and good. So the wedding hall was filled with guests.

The Marriage Supper of the Lamb

⁶ Then I heard what seemed to be ^(A)the voice of a great multitude, like ^(B)the roar of many waters and ^(C)like the sound of mighty peals of thunder, crying out,

for the fine linen is ^(H)the righteous deeds of the saints.

⁹ And the angel said^[a] to me, “Write this: ^(I)Blessed are those who are invited to the marriage supper of the Lamb.” And he said to me, ^(J)“These are the true words of God.”

A Great Multitude from Every Nation

⁹ After this I looked, and behold, ^(A)a great multitude that no one could number, ^(B)from every nation, from all tribes and peoples and languages, standing before the throne and before the Lamb, ^(C)clothed in white robes, with ^(D)palm branches in their hands,

²⁰ But I have this against you, that you tolerate that woman ^(A)Jezebel, who calls herself a prophetess and is teaching and seducing my servants ^(B)to practice sexual immorality and ^(C)to eat food sacrificed to idols. ²¹ I gave her time to repent, but ^(D)she refuses to repent of her sexual immorality. ²² Behold, I will throw her onto a sickbed, and those who commit adultery with her I will throw into great tribulation, unless they repent of her works, ²³ and I will strike her children dead. And all the churches will know that I am he ^(E)who searches mind and heart, and ^(F)I will give to each of you according to your works.

^19 (A)They went out from us, but they were not of us; for ^(B)if they had been of us, they would have continued with us. But they went out, ^(C)that it might become plain that they all are not of us.

²¹ I fear that when I come again my God may humble me before you, and I may have to mourn over many of those ^(A)who sinned earlier and have not repented of the impurity, ^(B)sexual immorality, and sensuality that they have practiced.

⁹ Or do you not know that the unrighteous^[a] will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived: ^(A)neither the sexually immoral, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor men who practice homosexuality,^{[b] 10} nor thieves, nor the greedy, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor swindlers will inherit the kingdom of God. ¹¹ And ^(B)such were some of you. But ^(C)you were washed, ^(D)you were sanctified, ^(E)you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and by the Spirit of our God.

The Parable of the Net

⁴⁷ “Again, the kingdom of heaven is ^(A)like a net that was thrown into the sea and ^(B)gathered fish of every kind. ⁴⁸ When it was full, ^(C)men drew it ashore and sat down and sorted the good into containers but threw away the bad.

¹⁰ And while they were going to buy, the bridegroom came, and ^(A)those who were ready went in with him to ^(B)the marriage feast, and ^(C)the door was shut.
