³⁶ he took the seven loaves and the fish, and ^(A)having given thanks he broke them and gave them to the disciples, and the disciples gave them to the crowds.

⁶ The one who observes the day, observes it in honor of the Lord. The one who eats, eats in honor of the Lord, since ^(A)he gives thanks to God, while the one who abstains, abstains in honor of the Lord and gives thanks to God.

^19 (A)And he took bread, and ^(B)when he had given thanks, he broke it and gave it to them, saying, ^(C)“This is my body, which is given for you. Do this in remembrance of me.”

³⁵ And when he had said these things, he took bread, and ^(A)giving thanks to God in the presence of all he broke it and began to eat.

¹¹ Jesus then took the loaves, and ^(A)when he had given thanks, he distributed them to those who were seated. So also the fish, as much as they wanted.

^3 (A)who forbid marriage and ^(B)require abstinence from foods ^(C)that God created ^(D)to be received with thanksgiving by those who believe and know the truth. ⁴ For ^(E)everything created by God is good, and ^(F)nothing is to be rejected if it is ^(G)received with thanksgiving,

³¹ So, whether you eat or drink, or ^(A)whatever you do, do all to the glory of God.

¹³ As soon as you enter the city you will find him, before he goes up to the high place to eat. For the people will not eat till he comes, since he must bless the sacrifice; afterward those who are invited will eat. Now go up, for you will meet him immediately.”

²³ Other boats from Tiberias came near the place where they had eaten the bread after the Lord ^(A)had given thanks.

³⁰ When he was at table with them, he took the bread and ^(A)blessed and broke it and gave it to them.
