²⁹ He said, “Come.” So Peter got out of the boat, started walking on the water, and came toward Jesus.

¹³ I can do all things through him who strengthens me.^(A)

²³ Jesus said to him, “If you are able! All things can be done for the one who believes.”

¹⁶ And by faith in his name, his name itself has made this man strong, whom you see and know, and the faith that is through Jesus^[a] has given him this perfect health in the presence of all of you.

²² Jesus answered them, “Have faith in God.^{[a](A) 23} Truly I tell you, if you say to this mountain, ‘Be taken up and thrown into the sea,’ and if you do not doubt in your heart but believe that what you say will come to pass, it will be done for you.^(B)

⁶ The Lord replied, “If you had faith the size of a^[a] mustard seed, you could say to this mulberry tree, ‘Be uprooted and planted in the sea,’ and it would obey you.^(A)

¹⁹ He did not weaken in faith when he considered his own body, which was already^[a] as good as dead (for he was about a hundred years old), and the barrenness of Sarah’s womb.^(A)

²¹ Jesus answered them, “Truly I tell you, if you have faith and do not doubt, not only will you do what has been done to the fig tree, but even if you say to this mountain, ‘Be lifted up and thrown into the sea,’ it will be done.^(A)

²⁰ He said to them, “Because of your little faith. For truly I tell you, if you have faith the size of a^[a] mustard seed, you will say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move, and nothing will be impossible for you.”^[b](A)
