⁹ “On the Sabbath day, two male lambs a year old without blemish, and two tenths of an ephah of fine flour for a grain offering, mixed with oil, and its drink offering: ¹⁰ this is ^(A)the burnt offering of every Sabbath, besides the regular burnt offering and its drink offering.

^22 (A)Moses gave you circumcision (not that it is from Moses, but ^(B)from the fathers), and you circumcise a man on the Sabbath. ²³ If on the Sabbath a man receives circumcision, so that the law of Moses may not be broken, ^(C)are you angry with me because on the Sabbath I made a man's whole body well?

^17 (A)Then I confronted the nobles of Judah and said to them, “What is this evil thing that you are doing, ^(B)profaning the Sabbath day?

²¹ ‘Say to the house of Israel, Thus says the Lord God: ^(A)Behold, I will profane my sanctuary, the pride of your power, the delight of your eyes, and the yearning of your soul, and ^(B)your sons and your daughters whom you left behind shall fall by the sword.
