Behold, My Servant

¹⁵ But when Jesus knew it, ^(A)He withdrew from there. ^(B)And great ^[a]multitudes followed Him, and He healed them all.

A Great Multitude Follows Jesus^(A)

⁷ But Jesus withdrew with His disciples to the sea. And a great multitude from Galilee followed Him, ^(B)and from Judea ⁸ and Jerusalem and Idumea and beyond the Jordan; and those from Tyre and Sidon, a great multitude, when they heard how ^(C)many things He was doing, came to Him. ⁹ So He told His disciples that a small boat should be kept ready for Him because of the multitude, lest they should crush Him. ¹⁰ For He healed ^(D)many, so that as many as had afflictions pressed about Him to ^(E)touch Him. ^11 (F)And the unclean spirits, whenever they saw Him, fell down before Him and cried out, saying, ^(G)“You are the Son of God.” ¹² But ^(H)He sternly warned them that they should not make Him known.

^2 (A)And great multitudes followed Him, and He healed them there.

^23 (A)When they persecute you in this city, flee to another. For assuredly, I say to you, you will not have ^(B)gone through the cities of Israel ^(C)before the Son of Man comes.

^54 (A)Therefore Jesus no longer walked openly among the Jews, but went from there into the country near the wilderness, to a city called ^(B)Ephraim, and there remained with His disciples.

The Believers Beyond Jordan

⁴⁰ And He went away again beyond the Jordan to the place ^(A)where John was baptizing at first, and there He stayed. ⁴¹ Then many came to Him and said, “John performed no sign, ^(B)but all the things that John spoke about this Man were true.” ⁴² And many believed in Him there.

Jesus’ Brothers Disbelieve

7 After these things Jesus walked in Galilee; for He did not want to walk in Judea, ^(A)because the ^[a]Jews sought to kill Him.

⁵⁶ Wherever He entered, into villages, cities, or the country, they laid the sick in the marketplaces, and begged Him that ^(A)they might just touch the ^(B)hem of His garment. And as many as touched Him were made well.

Jesus Heals a Great Multitude^(A)

²³ And Jesus went about all Galilee, ^(B)teaching in their synagogues, preaching ^(C)the gospel of the kingdom, ^(D)and healing all kinds of sickness and all kinds of disease among the people. ²⁴ Then ^[a]His fame went throughout all Syria; and they ^(E)brought to Him all sick people who were afflicted with various diseases and torments, and those who were demon-possessed, epileptics, and paralytics; and He healed them. ^25 (F)Great multitudes followed Him—from Galilee, and from ^[b]Decapolis, Jerusalem, Judea, and beyond the Jordan.
