³⁰ For ^(A)my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.”

³ For ^(A)this is the love of God, that we ^(B)keep his commandments. And ^(C)his commandments are not burdensome.

³³ I have said these things to you, that ^(A)in me you may have peace. ^(B)In the world you will have ^(C)tribulation. But ^(D)take heart; ^(E)I have overcome the world.”

¹³ I can do all things ^(A)through him who strengthens me.

⁹ But he said to me, ^(A)“My grace is sufficient for you, for ^(B)my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly of my weaknesses, so that ^(C)the power of Christ may rest upon me. ^10 (D)For the sake of Christ, then, ^(E)I am content with weaknesses, insults, hardships, persecutions, and calamities. For ^(F)when I am weak, then I am strong.

Christ Has Set Us Free

5 For ^(A)freedom Christ has ^(B)set us free; ^(C)stand firm therefore, and do not submit again to ^(D)a yoke of ^(E)slavery.

¹⁸ But if you are ^(A)led by the Spirit, ^(B)you are not under the law.

^4 (A)who comforts us in all our affliction, so that we may be able to comfort those who are in any affliction, with the comfort with which we ourselves are comforted by God. ⁵ For as we share abundantly in ^(B)Christ's sufferings, so through Christ we share abundantly in comfort too.^[a]
