Confess Christ Before Men^(A)

^32 (B)“Therefore whoever confesses Me before men, ^(C)him I will also confess before My Father who is in heaven.

⁵ He who overcomes ^(A)shall be clothed in white garments, and I will not ^(B)blot out his name from the ^(C)Book of Life; but ^(D)I will confess his name before My Father and before His angels.

⁹ that ^(A)if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. ¹⁰ For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.

Confess Christ Before Men^(A)

^8 (B)“Also I say to you, whoever confesses Me ^(C)before men, him the Son of Man also will confess before the angels of God. ⁹ But he who ^(D)denies Me before men will be denied before the angels of God.

^15 (A)Whoever confesses that Jesus is the Son of God, God abides in him, and he in God.

Not Ashamed of the Gospel

^8 (A)Therefore do not be ashamed of ^(B)the testimony of our Lord, nor of me ^(C)His prisoner, but share with me in the sufferings for the gospel according to the power of God,

¹³ “I know your works, and where you dwell, where Satan’s throne is. And you hold fast to My name, and did not deny My faith even in the days in which Antipas was My faithful martyr, who was killed among you, where Satan dwells.

³⁰ Therefore the Lord God of Israel says: ^(A)‘I said indeed that your house and the house of your father would walk before Me forever.’ But now the Lord says: ^(B)‘Far be it from Me; for those who honor Me I will honor, and ^(C)those who despise Me shall be lightly esteemed.

²² His parents said these things because ^(A)they feared the Jews, for the Jews had agreed already that if anyone confessed that He was Christ, he ^(B)would be put out of the synagogue.

¹² Fight the good fight of faith, lay hold on eternal life, to which you were also called and have confessed the good confession in the presence of many witnesses. ¹³ I urge you in the sight of God who gives life to all things, and before Christ Jesus ^(A)who witnessed the good confession before Pontius Pilate,
