¹² And when you go into a household, greet it.

^5 (A)But whatever house you enter, first say, ‘Peace to this house.’ ⁶ And if a son of peace is there, your peace will rest on it; if not, it will return to you.

⁶ And thus you shall say to him who lives in prosperity: ^(A)‘Peace be to you, peace to your house, and peace to all that you have!

²⁰ Now then, we are ^(A)ambassadors for Christ, as though God were pleading through us: we implore you on Christ’s behalf, be reconciled to God.

³⁶ The word which God sent to the ^[a]children of Israel, ^(A)preaching peace through Jesus Christ—^(B)He is Lord of all—

¹⁴ but I hope to see you shortly, and we shall speak face to face.
