¹⁸On my account you will be brought before governors and kings^(A) as witnesses to them and to the Gentiles.

¹⁸And ye shall be brought before governors and kings for my sake, for a testimony against them and the Gentiles.

¹⁴or to governors, who are sent by him to punish those who do wrong^(A) and to commend those who do right.^(B)
