Parábola de las diez vírgenes
25 Entonces el reino de los cielos será semejante(A) a diez vírgenes que tomando sus lámparas(B), salieron a recibir al novio. 2 Y cinco de ellas eran insensatas, y cinco prudentes(C). 3 Porque las insensatas, al tomar sus lámparas, no tomaron aceite consigo, 4 pero las prudentes(D) tomaron aceite en frascos junto con sus lámparas. 5 Al tardarse el novio, a todas les dio sueño y se durmieron. 6 Pero a medianoche se oyó[a] un clamor: «¡Aquí está el novio! Salid a recibirlo.» 7 Entonces todas aquellas vírgenes se levantaron y arreglaron sus lámparas. 8 Y las insensatas dijeron a las prudentes: «Dadnos de vuestro aceite, porque nuestras lámparas se apagan». 9 Pero las prudentes(E) respondieron, diciendo: «No, no sea que no haya suficiente para nosotras y para vosotras; id más bien a los que venden y comprad para vosotras». 10 Y mientras ellas iban a comprar, vino el novio, y las que estaban preparadas(F) entraron con él al banquete de bodas(G), y se cerró la puerta(H). 11 Después vinieron también las otras vírgenes, diciendo: «Señor, señor, ábrenos(I)». 12 Pero respondiendo él, dijo: «En verdad os digo que no os conozco». 13 Velad[b], pues, porque no sabéis ni el día ni la hora[c](J).
Parábola de los talentos
14 (K)Porque el reino de los cielos es como un hombre que al emprender un viaje(L), llamó a sus siervos y les encomendó sus bienes. 15 Y a uno le dio cinco talentos[d](M), a otro dos, y a otro uno, a cada uno conforme a su capacidad; y se fue de viaje(N). 16 El que había recibido los cinco talentos(O), enseguida fue y negoció con ellos y ganó otros cinco talentos. 17 Asimismo el que había recibido los dos talentos ganó otros dos. 18 Pero el que había recibido uno, fue y cavó en la tierra y escondió el dinero de su señor. 19 Después de mucho tiempo vino* el señor de aquellos siervos, y arregló* cuentas con ellos(P). 20 Y llegando el que había recibido los cinco talentos(Q), trajo otros cinco talentos, diciendo: «Señor, me entregaste cinco talentos; mira, he ganado otros cinco talentos». 21 Su señor le dijo: «Bien, siervo bueno y fiel; en lo poco fuiste fiel, sobre mucho te pondré; entra en el gozo de tu señor(R)». 22 Llegando también el de los dos talentos(S), dijo: «Señor, me entregaste dos talentos; mira, he ganado otros dos talentos». 23 Su señor le dijo: «Bien, siervo bueno y fiel; en lo poco fuiste fiel, sobre mucho te pondré; entra en el gozo de tu señor(T)». 24 Pero llegando también el que había recibido un talento(U), dijo: «Señor, yo sabía que eres un hombre duro, que siegas donde no sembraste y recoges donde no esparciste, 25 y tuve miedo, y fui y escondí tu talento en la tierra; mira, aquí tienes lo que es tuyo». 26 Pero su señor respondió, y le dijo: «Siervo malo y perezoso, sabías que siego donde no sembré, y que recojo donde no esparcí. 27 Debías entonces haber puesto mi dinero en el banco[e], y al llegar yo hubiera recibido mi dinero[f] con intereses. 28 Por tanto, quitadle el talento y dádselo al que tiene los diez talentos». 29 Porque a todo el que tiene, más se le dará, y tendrá en abundancia; pero al que no tiene, aun lo que tiene se le quitará(V). 30 Y al siervo inútil, echadlo en las tinieblas de afuera; allí será el llanto y el crujir de dientes(W).
El juicio final
31 Pero cuando el Hijo del Hombre venga en su gloria, y todos los ángeles con Él(X), entonces se sentará en el trono de su gloria(Y); 32 y serán reunidas delante de Él todas las naciones; y separará a unos de otros, como el pastor separa las ovejas de los cabritos(Z). 33 Y pondrá las ovejas a su derecha(AA) y los cabritos a su izquierda(AB). 34 Entonces el Rey dirá a los de su derecha: «Venid, benditos de mi Padre, heredad el reino preparado para vosotros(AC) desde la fundación del mundo(AD). 35 Porque tuve hambre, y me disteis de comer(AE); tuve sed, y me disteis de beber; fui forastero, y me recibisteis(AF); 36 estaba desnudo, y me vestisteis(AG); enfermo, y me visitasteis(AH); en la cárcel, y vinisteis a mí(AI)». 37 Entonces los justos le responderán, diciendo: «Señor, ¿cuándo te vimos hambriento, y te dimos de comer, o sediento, y te dimos de beber? 38 ¿Y cuándo te vimos como forastero, y te recibimos, o desnudo, y te vestimos? 39 ¿Y cuándo te vimos enfermo, o en la cárcel, y vinimos a ti?». 40 Respondiendo el Rey, les dirá(AJ): «En verdad os digo que en cuanto lo hicisteis a uno de estos hermanos míos, aun a los más pequeños, a mí lo hicisteis(AK)». 41 Entonces dirá también a los de su izquierda: «Apartaos de mí(AL), malditos, al fuego eterno(AM) que ha sido preparado para el diablo y sus ángeles(AN). 42 Porque tuve hambre, y no me disteis de comer, tuve sed, y no me disteis de beber; 43 fui forastero, y no me recibisteis; estaba desnudo, y no me vestisteis; enfermo, y en la cárcel, y no me visitasteis». 44 Entonces ellos también responderán, diciendo: «Señor, ¿cuándo te vimos hambriento, o sediento, o como forastero, o desnudo, o enfermo, o en la cárcel, y no te servimos?». 45 Él entonces les responderá, diciendo: «En verdad os digo que en cuanto no lo hicisteis a uno de los más pequeños de estos, tampoco a mí lo hicisteis». 46 Y estos irán al castigo eterno(AO), pero los justos a la vida eterna(AP).

25 Then shall the kingdom of heaven be likened unto ten virgins, which took their lamps, and went forth to meet the bridegroom.
2 And five of them were wise, and five were foolish.
3 They that were foolish took their lamps, and took no oil with them:
4 But the wise took oil in their vessels with their lamps.
5 While the bridegroom tarried, they all slumbered and slept.
6 And at midnight there was a cry made, Behold, the bridegroom cometh; go ye out to meet him.
7 Then all those virgins arose, and trimmed their lamps.
8 And the foolish said unto the wise, Give us of your oil; for our lamps are gone out.
9 But the wise answered, saying, Not so; lest there be not enough for us and you: but go ye rather to them that sell, and buy for yourselves.
10 And while they went to buy, the bridegroom came; and they that were ready went in with him to the marriage: and the door was shut.
11 Afterward came also the other virgins, saying, Lord, Lord, open to us.
12 But he answered and said, Verily I say unto you, I know you not.
13 Watch therefore, for ye know neither the day nor the hour wherein the Son of man cometh.
14 For the kingdom of heaven is as a man travelling into a far country, who called his own servants, and delivered unto them his goods.
15 And unto one he gave five talents, to another two, and to another one; to every man according to his several ability; and straightway took his journey.
16 Then he that had received the five talents went and traded with the same, and made them other five talents.
17 And likewise he that had received two, he also gained other two.
18 But he that had received one went and digged in the earth, and hid his lord's money.
19 After a long time the lord of those servants cometh, and reckoneth with them.
20 And so he that had received five talents came and brought other five talents, saying, Lord, thou deliveredst unto me five talents: behold, I have gained beside them five talents more.
21 His lord said unto him, Well done, thou good and faithful servant: thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will make thee ruler over many things: enter thou into the joy of thy lord.
22 He also that had received two talents came and said, Lord, thou deliveredst unto me two talents: behold, I have gained two other talents beside them.
23 His lord said unto him, Well done, good and faithful servant; thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will make thee ruler over many things: enter thou into the joy of thy lord.
24 Then he which had received the one talent came and said, Lord, I knew thee that thou art an hard man, reaping where thou hast not sown, and gathering where thou hast not strawed:
25 And I was afraid, and went and hid thy talent in the earth: lo, there thou hast that is thine.
26 His lord answered and said unto him, Thou wicked and slothful servant, thou knewest that I reap where I sowed not, and gather where I have not strawed:
27 Thou oughtest therefore to have put my money to the exchangers, and then at my coming I should have received mine own with usury.
28 Take therefore the talent from him, and give it unto him which hath ten talents.
29 For unto every one that hath shall be given, and he shall have abundance: but from him that hath not shall be taken away even that which he hath.
30 And cast ye the unprofitable servant into outer darkness: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.
31 When the Son of man shall come in his glory, and all the holy angels with him, then shall he sit upon the throne of his glory:
32 And before him shall be gathered all nations: and he shall separate them one from another, as a shepherd divideth his sheep from the goats:
33 And he shall set the sheep on his right hand, but the goats on the left.
34 Then shall the King say unto them on his right hand, Come, ye blessed of my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world:
35 For I was an hungred, and ye gave me meat: I was thirsty, and ye gave me drink: I was a stranger, and ye took me in:
36 Naked, and ye clothed me: I was sick, and ye visited me: I was in prison, and ye came unto me.
37 Then shall the righteous answer him, saying, Lord, when saw we thee an hungred, and fed thee? or thirsty, and gave thee drink?
38 When saw we thee a stranger, and took thee in? or naked, and clothed thee?
39 Or when saw we thee sick, or in prison, and came unto thee?
40 And the King shall answer and say unto them, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done it unto me.
41 Then shall he say also unto them on the left hand, Depart from me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels:
42 For I was an hungred, and ye gave me no meat: I was thirsty, and ye gave me no drink:
43 I was a stranger, and ye took me not in: naked, and ye clothed me not: sick, and in prison, and ye visited me not.
44 Then shall they also answer him, saying, Lord, when saw we thee an hungred, or athirst, or a stranger, or naked, or sick, or in prison, and did not minister unto thee?
45 Then shall he answer them, saying, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye did it not to one of the least of these, ye did it not to me.
46 And these shall go away into everlasting punishment: but the righteous into life eternal.

25 (A)Тогава небесното царство ще се оприличи на десет девойки, които взеха светилниците си и излязоха да посрещнат младоженеца. 2 Пет от тях бяха благоразумни, а пет – неразумни. 3 Неразумните, като взеха светилниците си, не взеха със себе си елей; 4 а благоразумните заедно със светилниците си взеха и елей в съдовете си. 5 И понеже младоженецът се бавеше, всички задрямаха и заспаха. 6 А среднощ се чу вик: „Ето младоженецът идва, излезте да го посрещнете.“ 7 Тогава всички тези девойки станаха и приготвиха светилниците си; 8 а неразумните рекоха на благоразумните: „Дайте ни от вашия елей, защото светилниците ни гаснат. 9 Но благоразумните в отговор им казаха: ‘Да не би да не стигне за нас и за вас, идете по-добре при продавачите и си купете.’ 10 А когато те отидоха да купят, пристигна младоженецът и готовите влязоха с него на сватбата, и вратата се затвори. 11 После дойдоха и другите девойки и извикаха: ‘Господарю, господарю, отвори ни!’ 12 (B)А той им отвърна и рече: ‘Истината ви казвам, не ви познавам.’ 13 (C)И тъй, бъдете будни, защото не знаете нито деня, нито часа, когато ще дойде Синът човешки[a].“
Притча за талантите
14 (D)(E)„Защото Той ще постъпи като един човек, който, тръгвайки за чужбина, повика слугите си и им повери имота си; 15 и на един даде пет таланта, на друг – два, на трети – един, на всеки според умението; и отпътува. 16 Този, който взе петте таланта, веднага отиде, вложи ги в работа и спечели други пет таланта. 17 Също тъй и който взе два таланта, спечели други два. 18 А който взе единия талант, отиде, разкопа земята и скри парите на господаря си. 19 След дълго време господарят на тези слуги се завърна и им поиска сметка. 20 Тогава пристъпи онзи, който бе взел петте таланта, донесе други пет таланта и каза: ‘Господарю, ти ми повери пет таланта, ето аз спечелих с тях други пет таланта.’ 21 (F)Господарят му каза: ‘Хубаво си постъпил, ти си добър и верен слуга! Знаеше, че жъна, където не съм сял, и събирам, където не съм пръскал. 27 Затова трябваше да вложиш парите ми при лихварите; аз пък, когато си дойдех, щях да прибера своето с лихва. 28 Затова вземете от него таланта и го дайте на онзи, който има десет таланта; 29 (G)защото на всеки, който има, ще се даде и преумножи, а от онзи, който няма достатъчно, ще се отнеме и това, което има. 30 (H)А негодния слуга хвърлете в тъмнината; там ще бъде плач и скърцане със зъби.’ Като рече това, извика: ‘Който има уши да слуша, нека слуша’!“
Предстоящият всеобщ съд
31 (I)„А когато Синът човешки дойде в славата Си и всички свети ангели с Него, тогава ще седне на славния Си престол 32 (J)и ще се съберат пред Него всички народи; и ще отдели едни от други, както пастир отлъчва овце от кози; 33 и ще постави овцете от дясната Си страна, а козите – от лявата. 34 Тогава Царят ще каже на онези, които са от дясната Му страна: ‘Елате вие, благословените от Моя Отец, наследете царството, приготвено за вас от сътворението на света, 35 (K)защото гладен бях и Ми дадохте да ям, жаден бях и Ме напоихте, бездомен бях и Ме приютихте, 36 (L)гол бях и Ме облякохте, болен бях и Ме посетихте, в затвор бях и Ме навестихте.’ 37 Тогава праведниците ще Му отговорят и ще кажат: ‘Господи, кога Те видяхме гладен и Те нахранихме или жаден и Те напоихме? 38 Кога Те видяхме бездомен и Те прибрахме или гол и Те облякохме? 39 Кога Те видяхме болен или в затвор и Те посетихме?’ 40 (M)А Царят в отговор ще им каже: ‘Истината ви казвам: доколкото сте сторили това на един от тези Мои най-малки братя, на Мене сте го сторили.’
41 Тогава ще каже и на онези, които са от лявата страна: ‘Идете си от Мене, проклети, във вечния огън, приготвен за дявола и неговите ангели, 42 (N)защото гладен бях и не Ми дадохте да ям, жаден бях и не Ме напоихте, 43 бездомен бях и не Ме приютихте, гол бях и не Ме облякохте, болен бях и в затвор – и не Ме посетихте.’ 44 Тогава и те ще Му отговорят с думите: ‘Господи, кога Те видяхме гладен или жаден, или бездомен, или гол, или болен, или в затвор и не Ти послужихме?’ 45 Тогава Той ще им отговори: ‘Истината ви казвам: доколкото не сте сторили това на един от тези Мои най-малки братя, и на Мене не сте го сторили.’ 46 (O)И те ще отидат във вечна мъка, а праведните – във вечен живот.“
