10 At pinalapit niya sa kaniya ang kaniyang labingdalawang alagad, at binigyan niya sila ng kapamahalaan laban sa mga karumaldumal na espiritu, upang mapalabas nila, at upang kanilang mapagaling ang lahat ng sarisaring sakit at ang lahat ng sarisaring karamdaman.
2 Ang mga pangalan nga ng labingdalawang apostol ay ito: Ang una'y si Simon na tinatawag na Pedro, at si Andres na kaniyang kapatid; si Santiago na anak ni Zebedeo, at ang kaniyang kapatid na si Juan;
3 Si Felipe, at si Bartolome; si Tomas, at si Mateo na maniningil ng buwis; si Santiago na anak ni Alfeo at si Tadeo;
4 Si Simon na Cananeo, at si Judas Iscariote, na siya ring sa kaniya'y nagkanulo.
5 Ang labingdalawang ito'y sinugo ni Jesus, at sila'y pinagbilinan, na sinasabi, Huwag kayong magsitungo sa alin mang daan ng mga Gentil, at huwag kayong magsipasok sa alin mang bayan ng mga taga Samaria:
6 Kundi bagkus magsiparoon kayo sa mga tupang nangawaglit sa bahay ni Israel.
7 At samantalang kayo'y nangaglalakad, ay magsipangaral kayo, na mangagsabi, Ang kaharian ng langit ay malapit na.
8 Mangagpagaling kayo ng mga may sakit, mangagpabangon kayo ng mga patay, mangaglinis kayo ng mga ketong, mangagpalabas kayo ng mga demonio: tinanggap ninyong walang bayad, ay ibigay ninyong walang bayad.
9 Huwag kayong mangagbaon ng ginto, kahit pilak, kahit tanso sa inyong mga supot:
10 Kahit supot ng pagkain sa paglalakad, kahit dalawang tunika, kahit mga pangyapak, o tungkod: sapagka't ang manggagawa ay karapatdapat sa kaniyang pagkain.
11 At sa alin mang bayan o nayon na inyong pasukin, siyasatin ninyo kung sino roon ang karapatdapat; at magsitahan kayo roon hanggang sa kayo'y magsialis.
12 At pagpasok ninyo sa bahay, ay batiin ninyo ito.
13 At kung karapatdapat ang bahay, ay dumoon ang inyong kapayapaan: datapuwa't kung hindi karapatdapat, ay mabalik sa inyo ang kapayapaan ninyo.
14 At sinomang hindi tumanggap sa inyo, ni duminig sa inyong mga pananalita, pagalis ninyo sa bahay o bayang yaon, ay ipagpag ninyo ang alabok ng inyong mga paa.
15 Katotohanang sinasabi ko sa inyo, Higit na mapagpapaumanhinan ang lupa ng Sodoma at ng Gomorra sa araw ng paghuhukom, kay sa bayang yaon.
16 Narito, sinusugo ko kayong gaya ng mga tupa sa gitna ng mga lobo: mangagpakatalino nga kayong gaya ng mga ahas at mangagpakatimtimang gaya ng mga kalapati.
17 Datapuwa't mangagpakaingat kayo sa mga tao: sapagka't kayo'y ibibigay nila sa mga Sanedrin at kayo'y hahampasin sa kanilang mga sinagoga;
18 Oo at kayo'y dadalhin sa harap ng mga gobernador at mga hari dahil sa akin, sa pagpapatotoo sa kanila at sa mga Gentil.
19 Datapuwa't pagka kayo'y ibinigay nila, huwag ninyong ikabalisa kung paano o kung ano ang inyong sasabihin: sapagka't sa oras na yaon ay ipagkakaloob sa inyo ang inyong sasabihin.
20 Sapagka't hindi kayo ang mangagsasalita, kundi ang Espiritu ng inyong Ama ang sa inyo'y magsasalita.
21 At ibibigay ng kapatid ang kapatid sa kamatayan, at ng ama ang kaniyang anak: at mangaghihimagsik ang mga anak laban sa kanilang mga magulang, at sila'y ipapapatay.
22 At kayo'y kapopootan ng lahat ng mga tao dahil sa aking pangalan: datapuwa't ang magtitiis hanggang sa wakas, ay siyang maliligtas.
23 Datapuwa't pagka kayo'y pinagusig nila sa isang bayang ito, ay magsitakas kayo tungo sa kasunod na bayan: sapagka't sa katotohanang sinasabi ko sa inyo, Hindi ninyo matatapos libutin ang mga bayan ng Israel, hanggang sa pumarito ang Anak ng tao.
24 Hindi mataas ang alagad sa kaniyang guro, ni hindi rin mataas ang alila sa kaniyang panginoon.
25 Sukat na sa alagad ang maging katulad ng kaniyang guro, at sa alila ang maging katulad ng kaniyang panginoon. Kung pinanganlan nilang Beelzebub ang panginoon ng sangbahayan, gaano pa kaya ang mga kasangbahay niya!
26 Huwag nga ninyo silang katakutan: sapagka't walang bagay na natatakpan, na hindi mahahayag; at natatago na hindi malalaman.
27 Ang sinasabi ko sa inyo sa kadiliman, ay sabihin ninyo sa kaliwanagan; at ang narinig ninyo sa bulong, ay inyong ipagsigawan sa mga bubungan.
28 At huwag kayong mangatakot sa mga nagsisipatay ng katawan, datapuwa't hindi nangakakapatay sa kaluluwa: kundi bagkus ang katakutan ninyo'y yaong makapupuksa sa kaluluwa at sa katawan sa impierno.
29 Hindi baga ipinagbibili ng isang beles ang dalawang maya? at kahit isa sa kanila'y hindi mahuhulog sa lupa kung hindi pahintulot ng inyong Ama:
30 Datapuwa't maging ang mga buhok ng inyong ulo ay pawang bilang na lahat.
31 Huwag nga kayong mangatakot: kayo'y lalong mahalaga kay sa maraming maya.
32 Kaya't ang bawa't kumikilala sa akin sa harap ng mga tao, ay kikilalanin ko naman siya sa harap ng aking Ama na nasa langit.
33 Datapuwa't sinomang sa aki'y magkaila sa harap ng mga tao, ay ikakaila ko naman siya sa harap ng aking Ama na nasa langit.
34 Huwag ninyong isiping ako'y naparito upang magdala ng kapayapaan sa lupa: hindi ako naparito upang magdala ng kapayapaan, kundi tabak.
35 Sapagka't ako'y naparito upang papagalitin ang lalake laban sa kaniyang ama, at ang anak na babae laban sa kaniyang ina, at ang manugang na babae laban sa kaniyang biyanang babae:
36 At ang magiging kaaway ng tao ay ang kaniya ring sariling kasangbahay.
37 Ang umiibig sa ama o sa ina ng higit kay sa akin ay hindi karapatdapat sa akin; at ang umiibig sa anak na lalake o anak na babae ng higit kay sa akin ay hindi karapatdapat sa akin.
38 At ang hindi nagpapasan ng kaniyang krus at sumusunod sa akin, ay hindi karapatdapat sa akin.
39 Ang nakasusumpong ng kaniyang buhay ay mawawalan nito; at ang mawalan ng buhay dahil sa akin ay makasusumpong niyaon.
40 Ang tumatanggap sa inyo ay ako ang tinatanggap, at ang tumatanggap sa akin ay tinatanggap ang nagsugo sa akin.
41 Ang tumatanggap sa isang propeta dahil sa pangalan ng propeta ay tatanggap ng ganti ng isang propeta: at ang tumatanggap sa isang taong matuwid dahil sa pangalan ng isang taong matuwid ay tatanggap ng ganti ng isang taong matuwid.
42 At sinomang magpainom sa isa sa maliliit na ito ng kahit isang sarong tubig na malamig, dahil sa pangalang alagad, katotohanang sinasabi ko sa inyo na hindi mawawala ang ganti sa kaniya.

The Twelve Apostles
10 (A)And he called to him his twelve disciples and gave them authority over unclean spirits, to cast them out, and to heal every disease and every affliction. 2 (B)The names of the twelve apostles are these: first, Simon, (C)who is called Peter, and (D)Andrew his brother; (E)James the son of Zebedee, and John his brother; 3 Philip and Bartholomew; Thomas and (F)Matthew the tax collector; James the son of Alphaeus, and Thaddaeus;[a] 4 Simon the Zealot,[b] and Judas Iscariot, who betrayed him.
Jesus Sends Out the Twelve Apostles
5 (G)These twelve Jesus sent out, instructing them, “Go nowhere among the Gentiles and enter no town of (H)the Samaritans, 6 (I)but go rather to (J)the lost sheep of (K)the house of Israel. 7 And proclaim as you go, saying, (L)‘The kingdom of heaven is at hand.’[c] 8 (M)Heal the sick, raise the dead, cleanse lepers,[d] cast out demons. (N)You received without paying; give without pay. 9 (O)Acquire no gold or silver or copper for your belts, 10 no bag for your journey, or two tunics[e] or sandals or a staff, for (P)the laborer deserves his food. 11 And whatever town or village you enter, find out who is worthy in it and stay there until you depart. 12 As you enter the house, (Q)greet it. 13 And if the house is (R)worthy, let (S)your peace come upon it, but if it is not worthy, let (T)your peace return to you. 14 And if anyone will not receive you or listen to your words, (U)shake off the dust from your feet when you leave that house or town. 15 Truly, I say to you, (V)it will be more bearable on the day of judgment for (W)the land of Sodom and Gomorrah than for that town.
Persecution Will Come
16 (X)“Behold, I am sending you out as sheep in the midst of wolves, so be (Y)wise as serpents and (Z)innocent as doves. 17 Beware of men, for (AA)they will deliver you over to courts and flog you (AB)in their synagogues, 18 (AC)and you will be dragged before governors and kings for my sake, (AD)to bear witness before them and the Gentiles. 19 (AE)When (AF)they deliver you over, (AG)do not be anxious how you are to speak or what you are to say, for (AH)what you are to say will be given to you in that hour. 20 (AI)For it is not you who speak, but (AJ)the Spirit of your Father speaking through you. 21 (AK)Brother will deliver brother over to death, and the father his child, and children will rise against parents and have them put to death, 22 (AL)and you will be hated by all for my name's sake. (AM)But the one who endures to the end will be saved. 23 When they (AN)persecute you in one town, (AO)flee to the next, for truly, I say to you, you will not have gone through all the towns of Israel (AP)before the Son of Man comes.
24 (AQ)“A disciple is not above his teacher, nor a servant[f] above his master. 25 It is enough for the disciple to be like his teacher, and the servant like his master. (AR)If they have called the master of the house Beelzebul, how much more will they malign[g] those of his household.
Have No Fear
26 “So have no fear of them, (AS)for nothing is covered that will not be revealed, or hidden that will not be known. 27 What I tell you in the dark, say in the light, and what you hear whispered, proclaim on (AT)the housetops. 28 And (AU)do not fear those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul. Rather fear him (AV)who can destroy both soul and body in hell.[h] 29 Are not two sparrows sold for a penny?[i] And not one of them will fall to the ground apart from your Father. 30 But (AW)even the hairs of your head are all numbered. 31 Fear not, therefore; (AX)you are of more value than many sparrows. 32 (AY)So everyone who acknowledges me before men, I also will acknowledge before my Father who is in heaven, 33 but (AZ)whoever denies me before men, (BA)I also will deny before my Father who is in heaven.
Not Peace, but a Sword
34 (BB)“Do not think that I have come to bring peace to the earth. (BC)I have not come to bring peace, but a sword. 35 (BD)For I have come (BE)to set a man against his father, and a daughter against her mother, and a daughter-in-law against her mother-in-law. 36 (BF)And a person's enemies will be those of his own household. 37 (BG)Whoever loves father or mother more than me is not worthy of me, and whoever loves son or daughter more than me is not worthy of me. 38 And (BH)whoever does not take his cross and (BI)follow me is not worthy of me. 39 (BJ)Whoever finds his life will lose it, and whoever loses his life for my sake will find it.
Rewards
40 (BK)“Whoever receives you receives me, and (BL)whoever receives me receives him who sent me. 41 (BM)The one who receives a prophet because he is a prophet will receive a prophet's reward, and the one who receives a righteous person because he is a righteous person will receive a righteous person's reward. 42 And (BN)whoever gives one of (BO)these little ones even a cup of cold water because he is a disciple, truly, I say to you, he will by no means lose his reward.”

2 Voici les noms des douze apôtres.

Les persécutions à venir
16 Voici, je vous envoie comme des brebis au milieu des loups. Soyez donc prudents comme les serpents, et simples comme les colombes. 17 Mettez-vous en garde contre les hommes; car ils vous livreront aux tribunaux, et ils vous battront de verges dans leurs synagogues; 18 vous serez menés, à cause de moi, devant des gouverneurs et devant des rois, pour servir de témoignage à eux et aux païens. 19 Mais, quand on vous livrera, ne vous inquiétez ni de la manière dont vous parlerez ni de ce que vous direz: ce que vous aurez à dire vous sera donné à l’heure même; 20 car ce n’est pas vous qui parlerez, c’est l’Esprit de votre Père qui parlera en vous.
21 Le frère livrera son frère à la mort, et le père son enfant; les enfants se soulèveront contre leurs parents, et les feront mourir. 22 Vous serez haïs de tous, à cause de mon nom; mais celui qui persévérera jusqu’à la fin sera sauvé. 23 Quand on vous persécutera dans une ville, fuyez dans une autre. Je vous le dis en vérité, vous n’aurez pas achevé de parcourir les villes d’Israël que le Fils de l’homme sera venu.
24 Le disciple n’est pas plus que le maître, ni le serviteur plus que son seigneur. 25 Il suffit au disciple d’être traité comme son maître, et au serviteur comme son seigneur. S’ils ont appelé le maître de la maison Béelzébul, à combien plus forte raison appelleront-ils ainsi les gens de sa maison! 26 Ne les craignez donc point; car il n’y a rien de caché qui ne doive être découvert, ni de secret qui ne doive être connu. 27 Ce que je vous dis dans les ténèbres, dites-le en plein jour; et ce qui vous est dit à l’oreille, prêchez-le sur les toits. 28 Ne craignez pas ceux qui tuent le corps et qui ne peuvent tuer l’âme; craignez plutôt celui qui peut faire périr l’âme et le corps dans la géhenne. 29 Ne vend-on pas deux passereaux pour un sou? Cependant, il n’en tombe pas un à terre sans la volonté de votre Père. 30 Et même vos cheveux sont tous comptés. 31 Ne craignez donc point: vous valez plus que beaucoup de passereaux.
32 C’est pourquoi, quiconque se déclarera publiquement pour moi, je me déclarerai moi aussi pour lui[d] devant mon Père qui est dans les cieux; 33 mais quiconque me reniera devant les hommes, je le renierai aussi devant mon Père qui est dans les cieux.
34 Ne croyez pas que je sois venu apporter la paix sur la terre; je ne suis pas venu apporter la paix, mais l’épée. 35 Car je suis venu mettre la division entre l’homme et son père, entre la fille et sa mère, entre la belle-fille et sa belle-mère; 36 et l’homme aura pour ennemis les gens de sa maison[e]. 37 Celui qui aime son père ou sa mère plus que moi n’est pas digne de moi, et celui qui aime son fils ou sa fille plus que moi n’est pas digne de moi; 38 celui qui ne prend pas sa croix, et ne me suit pas, n’est pas digne de moi. 39 Celui qui conservera sa vie la perdra, et celui qui perdra sa vie à cause de moi la retrouvera.
40 Celui qui vous reçoit me reçoit, et celui qui me reçoit, reçoit celui qui m’a envoyé. 41 Celui qui reçoit un prophète en qualité de prophète recevra une récompense de prophète, et celui qui reçoit un juste en qualité de juste recevra une récompense de juste. 42 Et quiconque donnera seulement un verre d’eau froide à l’un de ces petits parce qu’il est mon disciple, je vous le dis en vérité, il ne perdra point sa récompense.

使徒会遭受迫害(B)
16 “现在，我差派你们出去，好象羊进到狼群中间；所以你们要像蛇一样机警，像鸽子一样纯洁。 17 你们要小心，因为有人要把你们送交公议会，并要在会堂里鞭打你们； 18 你们为我的缘故，也要被带到统治者和君王面前，向他们和外族人作见证。 19 你们被捕的时候，用不着担心说甚么和怎么说，因为那时你们必得着当说的话； 20 因为说话的不是你们，而是你们的父的灵，是他在你们里面说话。 21 弟兄要出卖弟兄，父亲要出卖儿女，甚至把他们置于死地；儿女要悖逆父母，害死他们。 22 你们为我的名，要被众人恨恶，然而坚忍到底的必然得救。 23 如果有人在这城迫害你们，就逃到别的城去。我实在告诉你们，你们还没有走遍以色列的各城，人子就来到了。
24 “学生不能胜过老师，奴仆也不能胜过主人。 25 学生若能像老师一样，奴仆若能像主人一样，也就够了。如果一家之主也被称为别西卜（“别西卜”是鬼王的名字），何况他的家人呢？
应该怕谁(C)
26 “所以不要怕他们。没有甚么掩盖的事不被揭露，也没有甚么秘密是人不知道的。 27 我在暗处告诉你们的，你们要在明处讲出来；你们听见的耳语，要在房顶上宣扬出来。 28 那些杀身体却不能杀灵魂的，不要怕他们；倒要怕那位能把灵魂和身体都投入地狱里的。 29 两只麻雀不是卖一个大钱吗？但你们的父若不许可，一只也不会掉在地上。 30 甚至你们的头发都一一数过了。 31 所以不要怕，你们比许多麻雀贵重得多呢。
32 “凡在人面前承认我的，我在我天父面前也要承认他； 33 在人面前不认我的，我在我天父面前也要不认他。
作门徒的代价(D)
34 “你们不要以为我来了，是要给地上带来和平；我并没有带来和平，却带来刀剑， 35 因为我来了是要叫人分裂：
人与父亲作对，
女儿与母亲作对，
媳妇与婆婆作对，
36 人的仇敌就是自己的家人。
37 爱父母过于爱我的，不配作属我的；爱儿女过于爱我的，不配作属我的； 38 凡不背起自己的十字架来跟从我的，也不配作属我的。 39 顾惜自己生命的，必要丧掉生命；但为我牺牲生命的，必要得着生命。
得赏赐(E)
40 “接待你们的，就是接待我；接待我的，就是接待那差我来的。 41 因先知的名接待先知的，必得先知所得的赏赐；因义人的名接待义人的，必得义人所得的赏赐。 42 无论谁因门徒的名，只把一杯凉水给这些微不足道的人中的一个喝，我实在告诉你们，他决不会得不到他的赏赐。”
