And Pilate asked him, Art thou the King of the Jews? And he answering said unto them, Thou sayest it.

And the chief priests accused him of many things: but he answered nothing.

And Pilate asked him again, saying, Answerest thou nothing? behold how many things they witness against thee.

But Jesus yet answered nothing; so that Pilate marvelled.

He answered and said to him, It is as you say.”

And the chief priests accused Him of many things, but He (B)answered nothing. (C)Then Pilate asked Him again, saying, “Do You answer nothing? See how many things [a]they testify against You!” (D)But Jesus still answered nothing, so that Pilate marveled.

“Are you the king of the Jews?”(A) asked Pilate.

“You have said so,” Jesus replied.

The chief priests accused him of many things. So again Pilate asked him, “Aren’t you going to answer? See how many things they are accusing you of.”

But Jesus still made no reply,(B) and Pilate was amazed.
